Listen, back when we were in the heat of the pandemic, my mental health took a hard hit, as I’m sure it did for many of you too. As soon as vaccines were distributed, restrictions were relieved, and everyone slowly began to get a little more comfortable with getting back to our normal ways of life …I felt charged with the responsibility of using my gift to literally inject our communities with joy. Last October, I started the Eagle Room LIVE and ever since, once per quarter, I have continued to host this show along with my boys, the baddest band in the land, TRIDEM and they have been the biggest sing-a long parties you can imagine. Nothing but R&B and classic Motown, and the good vibes from the person to your left and your right. A solid jump-start to your mental well-being in an environment where for a short while…nothing else matters!
